CONTROL OF KAMILLA 600 3P and
KAMILLA POWER 3P kitchen hoods
Your kitchen hood has 3 speeds of ventilation. You
may choose low, medium or high ventilation level
depending on the intensity of evaporations during
cooking and frying.
Turn on the stove and the kitchen hood simulta-
neously for more efficient air purification. It will
add efficiency to the ventilation process. Let the
kitchen hood work for some time after you have
stopped cooking; that way, you will get rid of vapor
and undesirable smell.
There is an electronic switch of engine and light
bulbs working modes (see Fig. 6a):
1. Turn on / turn off of the first speed.
2. Turn on / turn off of the second speed.
3. Display.
4. Turn on / turn off of the third speed.
5. Turn on / turn off of the light bulbs.
By lightly pressing the relevant button of the
switch you can easily switch on any of the three
engine speeds, lighting, or activate the Timer func-
tion. The number of selected speed is shown on
display 3.
Light bulbs may be switched on regardless of
whether the engine is working.
Timer function activation
To activate the Timer function of the working
kitchen hood, press the button of speed you se-
lected and hold it for two seconds or more. Timer
activation is signaled by the blinking number of
selected speed on the display. The kitchen hood
will stop working automatically 15 minutes after
the timer has been switched on. This is a very con-
venient function for removing residual smell from
the kitchen after cooking is over.
Control of aluminum filter pollution
The electronic switch has an integrated function of
control of aluminum filter pollution. After 60 hours
of kitchen hood work, C symbol will be blinking
KITCHEN HOODS
on the display, warning of the necessity to clean
aluminum filters. After cleaning the aluminum fil-
ters (see the clause "Kitchen Hood Maintenance")
and their re-installation on the kitchen hood, press
button 1 (see Fig. 6a) and hold it for up to 10 sec-
onds. Following this, symbol C will disappear and
symbol E will appear on the display, meaning that
the kitchen hood is ready for normal work again.
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE USE OF
The kitchen hood is to be used for extraction of
smells from the kitchen. It may work in two modes
depending on the method of its installation:
— mode of air removal into the air shaft;
— recirculation mode.
In the mode of air removal into the air shaft (see
Fig. 7), the kitchen hood is connected to the air
shaft with the help of a corrugated hose or a plas-
tic air conduit. Thus, all the evaporations from the
kitchen, smells, char and soot pas through reus-
able aluminum grease trap filters and are removed
outside the premises. With this working mode, it is
not necessary to install charcoal acrylic scent-trap
filters. Extraction mode is the most efficient as the
kitchen hood removes all the evaporations from
the kitchen to the air shaft.
In the recirculation mode (see Fig. 8), the kitch-
en hood is not connected to the air shaft, and thus
the air is just passed through the kitchen hood in-
side the kitchen.
In this mode, charcoal acrylic disposable scent-
trap filters should be installed on the kitchen hood.
These filters are not included in the set and are
bought separately. The use of the kitchen hood in
the recirculation mode reduces its productivity.
We recommend using the kitchen hood in the
mode of air extraction to the air shaft.
