TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunctions are often caused by incorrect operation of the product, not product defects. Check the
following items to confirm that the bidet is not being operated incorrectly in order to resolve such
problems without assistance from a service center. If you cannot resolve problems after going through
the following items, please contact a service center.

Possible Solutions
Plug the product into an electrical outlet.

Check whether or not there is a power
•
outage.
Plug the power button to turn on the
•
product.
Open the water supply valve.
•
Use a toothbrush to clear the nozzle
•
apertures of any foreign substances.
Check if there is a water outage.
•
Increase the water pressure with the
•
remote control so that it is strong enough.
Use a toothbrush to clear the nozzle
•
apertures of any foreign substances.
Remove, clean and properly reinstall the
•
filter.
Press the seat/water temperature button
•
to adjust the temperature setting.
Press the 'Dry Temp. ' button to adjust the
•
temperature setting.
Check that the rubber washers are
•
inserted in the T-shaped connector, then
firmly retighten the nuts on the connector.
Check that the bidet hose is connected
•
correctly, then insert the hose completely
into the bidet's hose connector.
Check whether the filter is loose and
•
whether there are any foreign objects
lodged in between the filter and the
product. If so, tighten or clean the filter.
If the filter is damaged, contact a service
•
center.
