PROGRAMMING
You can write the program with Arduino IDE, visual programming by blocks compatible or
BitBloq platforms.
Download the Arduino IDE, visual programming by blocks compatible or BitBloq software and
install it in your computer.
All of them are compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux.
Configure the Arduino IDE, visual programming by blocks compatible or BitBloq software as if
you were using an Arduino UNO board, because Build&Code UNO board has the same micro-
controller. Before you start, make sure that the Build&Code 4in1 board is correctly connected
and that the BTL/USB switch is set to USB, so you can program the board with your compu-
ter.

You have two options to do a Mini Lab program:
1.- Download the code from our website and upload it to the board. The code has comments
so you can understand how it works.
2.- Program it from scratch. You just need to know how to use the Arduino IDE, visual
programming by blocks compatible, BitBloq platforms, how the cables are connected,
and start programming.

• Use the potentiometer to control a LED brightness and the movement of a servomotor.
• Use the button to turn on and off a LED, or make the buzzer play a song.
• Use the light sensor to turn on or off a LED depending on the quantity of light.
• Show on the LCD display the reading values of the light sensor, the servomotor position
and a customized message.
