In the event of fi re, do not remove the lid. Remove the mains plug and cover the appli-
ance with fi reproof material. The appliance should not be used and should be disposed
of.
Risk of scalding

Hold the lid away from body to prevent scalding by hot steam.
Risk of burning

During use, the appliance gets very hot and remains hot for a while after it has been
switched off. Wear oven gloves when carrying the appliance or opening the lid.

The appliance's metal parts get very hot. Wear oven gloves or the handles supplied when
removing food.
Risk of electric shock

Do not use the appliance if parts are missing or the appliance is damaged.

Ensure the appliance cannot fall into water or get wet.

Only connect the appliance to an approved installed mains socket (230 V~/50 Hz) with
circuit breaker (FI).

Protect the mains cable from heat sources, oil and sharp edges. Ensure a damaged cable
is replaced with an original mains cable. Contact customer services for this (refer to
Customer Services section).

Always disconnect by holding the plug itself and not the cable.

Do not carry the appliance by the mains cable. This could damage or break the mains
cable, and the appliance could drop to the ground.
