Using the Aux In input

To listen to Bluetooth audio again, unplug the cable from the speaker's AUX
IN jack. The speaker will go into WiFi mode (for use with Alexa).

The Smart Speaker can't connect to my WiFi network.

• Make sure the Smart Speaker is powered on.
• Make sure you entered the correct password for your WiFi network.
• Make sure the 808 App is connected to the right network (the network must be 2.4GHz, not 5GHz!).
• Test your WiFi network with another device to make sure it's working.

• Uninstall, then reinstall the 808 App on your phone or tablet.
• Reset the speaker through the 808 App.
The Smart Speaker doesn't play audio.
• Make sure the speaker is turned up.
• Make sure you don't have anything plugged into the Aux In input on the back of the speaker.
• Amazon Prime is needed to stream music from Amazon. To play music from Spotify you
need a premium account. Others services may require account setup or subscription.
