Participate in the protection of our planet. Do not dispose your marquee / parts of your
marquee in your household garbage. Take it to an official depot for recycling, contact the
manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
Warranty and Service
The product was manufactured with great care and under constant control. Please keep
the proof of purchase (receipt). The warranty is only valid for material and manufacturing
defects and is void in case of improper or incorrect handling of the goods. Your statutory
rights, in particular the warranty rights, are not limited by this warranty. If you have any
complaints, please contact the service hotline below or contact us by email.
Our service staff will coordinate with you as soon as possible. We are very happy to offer
you some personal advice. Any repairs on the tent will not result in an extension of the
warranty period, even if the repair was covered by warranty or carried out by goodwill.
This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. After the warranty has expired the seller
will charge for repairs.
