Slicing
1.
Place the food to be sliced on to the mandolin.
2.
Press the finger guard on to the food.
3.
Holding the finger guard at the top of the mandolin, slide the foodstuff down the face of the guide plate and
over the blades.
4.
Return to the top of the mandolin and repeat.

• Always use extreme care when handling the blades.
• Use soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the mandolin and blades.
• Clean the mandolin and blades regularly.
• Always dry thoroughly after washing.
