Step 5:
Installation of the hand grips (41) at the connecting tubes (38).
1. Put the handgrip bars (41L+41R) onto the connecting tubes (38) and
adjust the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned. (Note: the handgrip
bars must be aligned after assembly so that the upper ends are inclined
outwards (away from the support (49)).
2. Put on each bolt (39) a curved washer (40) and spring washer (8) and
push the bolts (39) through the holes and tighten the handgrip bars
(41L+41R) at connection tubes (38) firmly.
3. Connect the plugs of pulse cable (46) and pulse connection cables (45).
Step 6:
Installation of the computer (44) at handlebar support (49).
1. Put the plug of connection cable (48) into the cable socket from monitor
(44) and insert the plugs of pulse connection cables (45) into the pulse
plugs of the monitor (44). Attach the monitor (44) to top monitor bracket
of front post (49) and tighten with screws (50) and washer (30).
(Attention: Ensure that the cable loom are not crunched or pinched
during installation.)
Step 7:
Attach the power with adaptor (13).
1. Please insert the cable plug of adaptor (13) into the DC cable plug (81)
at end of chain guard (59L).
2. Please insert the adaptor (13) into a well installed socket with wall
power (230V~50Hz).
