MyDP to HDMI and VGA adapter

Intended use
The product is intended for converting the digital signal of a SlimPort
compatible mobile device into a HDMI or VGA signal.
connections will allow you to connect the product to a playback device. Connect the
built-in micro USB-B port with the charger of your mobile device, in order to charge
latter one while using the product at the same time. The product itself does not require
a separate mains power supply; power is supplied via any connected device.
The product is only intended for indoor use. Do not use outdoors. Avoid exposure to
moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, at all costs.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this
product. If you use the product for purposes other than those described above, the
product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short-
circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them for
future reference. Make this product available to third parties only together with its
operating instructions.

• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may
become dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong
jolts, high humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapors and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of
operation and protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no
longer be guaranteed if the product:

- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a

which are connected to the product.

safety or connection.
• Maintenance work, adjustments and repairs may be carried out only by a
professional or at a specialist workshop.

Facilitating the proper
• Connect the micro USB connection cable (1) to the respective micro USB output of
your mobile device.
• Use a suitable cable to connect the desired playback device to the HDMI output (3)
or VGA output (4) of the product.
• Transfer the TV signal from your mobile device to the playback device.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Disconnect the product from all connected devices before cleaning.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• Have maintenance and repairs done by qualified experts or repair shops only. There
are no components located inside the product you need to maintain.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Do not apply too much
pressure to the housing as this may cause scratch marks.
• Use a longhaired, soft and clean brush and a vacuum cleaner to easily remove dust.

The product does not support simultaneous output via HDMI and VGA.
Always connect the product to one playback device only.
If you want to transfer a signal from your mobile device for a longer period
of time, you can supply the device with power through the product, thereby
conserving battery power of the mobile device. To do so, connect the
charger of the mobile device to the micro USB port (2) of the product and not
to the mobile device itself.
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
Dispose of the product at the end of its life span in accordance with the
respective statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of
the environment.
