Adjustments.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
WARNING
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acciden-
tal starting of the power tool.
Setting the stroke rate
(AStxe649-1 (**)) (figure 4).
Set the required stroke rate according to the
material being worked.
The stroke rate can be preset in 5 steps with
the control knob for continuously variable
stroke adjustment.
High stroke rate: For cutting steel.
Low stroke rate: For cutting aluminum and
plastic.
