1. Press button to go to "bi " Biguanide.

2. Fill a clean tube to the 5 mL line with water sample.
3. Add 5 drops of BIGUANIDE (PHMB) TEST SOLUTION.
4. Cap and mix. Insert tube into ColorQ.
5. Press button to read "bi " Biguanide. Remove tube.
