Extracting Juice
1. Follow the assembly instructions.
2. Cut the lemons, oranges, etc. into half. Depending on your
taste, adjust the strainer to avoid fruit pulp ending up in your
juice.
3. Press one half of the fruit onto the pressure cone (2/3). The
appliance switches on automatically, as soon as pressure is
applied onto the cone and the extracting process begins. By
reducing the pressure on the cone, the cone automatically
switches directions and the extraction process
continues.
Note: Never exceed the max. capacity of the juice collector.
4. Once the extracting process is complete, disconnect the
appliance from the mains.
Note: To avoid damage to the appliance, never apply too much
pressure on the pressure cones.
5. Lift the juice collector (5) off the appliance, remove the
strainer (4) and pour yourself a glass of freshly squeezed
juice.
