The Safire Gas Roaster is used for roasting, grilling and general barbequeing. Important Read these
instructions for use carefully so as to familiarize yourself with the appliance before connecting it to its gas

Be sure the roaster is placed on a level and secure base

Do not move the roaster while in use

Do not allow children to use or be near the roaster while in use as some components get hot

Do not adjust any gas fittings/connections while in use

Always use your roaster in a well-ventilated area

It is important to regularly check the venturi feeder tube to the burner head is clear and free of
obstructions such as insect nests like spider webs etc

Visually check that the Burner head is lit prior to replacing the Griddle and dome

Once The griddle and the dome have been placed in position you are able to confirm the flam
is still burning by looking through the peep hole on the left side of the valve control knob

If the Roaster goes out for any reason turn off the Control Knob and the gas cylinder wait for 5
minutes before trying to relight the roaster

replace the cylinder in a well ventilated area away from any source of ignition. Never in the

Clean your Barbeque after each use. Do not use abrasive or flammable cleaners as it will
damage the parts or the product and may start a fire. Clean with warm soapy water.
