If the product is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical product yourself!
If the light does not switch on, check
• whether there are objects in front of the motion sensor that are obstructing it.
• whether the area around the motion sensor is too bright.
• whether all cables are properly connected with one another.
• whether the mains plug is properly connected with the socket.
• whether the socket is defective. Try another socket.
• the fuse for your mains connection.
• whether the LED strips were cut at the wrong point (not along the marking).
