Cette garantie est le seul recours pour l'acheteur et la seule responsabilité endossée par Bugatti. Aucun
employé, aucun représentant de Bugatti, ni aucune autre personne n'est autorisée à contracter une autre
garantie ou à apporter des modifications à la présente garantie. En aucun cas, même en se référant aux
droits contractuels, d'indemnisation, de garantie, aux actes délictueux (y compris la négligence), à la
responsabilité objective ou autres, Bugatti ne sera tenu pour responsable de dommages spéciaux, indirects,
fortuits ou immatériels, y compris, sans limitation, la perte de bénéfices ou de recettes.

Bugatti garantit à l'utilisateur final original (preuve d'achat requise) que ce blender Bugatti
VENTO smart power est exempt de vices de matériaux et de fabrication pour toute la période de garantie
applicable au blender Vento reportée ici et sujette aux conditions suivantes :
MOTEUR :
a) Bugatti prendra en charge les frais de pièces et de main d'œuvre nécessaires pour
réparer le socle moteur si le moteur à cc bugatti (moteur à cc sans aucun raccord)
tombe en panne avant 20 ANS D'UTILISATION UNIQUEMENT DOMESTIQUE. La garantie
ne couvre pas les frais de transport.
En cas d'utilisation commerciale, la garantie du moteur dure seulement 3 ans à partir
de la date d'achat.
b) Bugatti ne prendra en charge que la main d'œuvre nécessaire pour remplacer le moteur, si le
moteur à cc bugatti (moteur à cc sans aucun raccord) tombe en panne après 20 ans d'utilisation
uniquement domestique. Le cout du moteur et le transport ne feront pas partie de la garantie.
