4.0 CARRYING THE VOKSI®
BABY NEST
4. 1 Never carry the Voksi® Baby Nest while the baby
is laying in it.
4.2 The leather carrying handle (3.5) can be used for
easily carrying the Voksi® Baby Nest.
5.0 ADJUSTING THE VOKSI®
BABY NEST
5. 1 Open the string pocket (3.3).
5.2 Adjust the size of the top end by tightening or
loosening the cotton cord (3.4).
5.3 Make sure to put the cotton cord (3.4) back into
its pocket (3.3) to avoid a risk of choking or
swallowing.
5.4 Adjust the size of the foot end by tightening or
loosening the leather belt (3.7).
5.5 If more leg space is needed, open the belt (3.7)
entirely and unfold the extension part (3.6).

6.0 WASHING THE VOKSI®
BABY NEST
6. 1 Open the zip on the side (3.8) and take out
the filling.
6.2 Open the zip on the back (3.9) and take out
the foam mattress.
6.3 Wash the fabric, foam mattress and filling
separately from each other.
6.4 For specific washing instructions, see care label
inside the framing panel.
6.5 Please note that because all natural cotton
used is classified to Oeko-Tex 100 Class 1, some
colour fading due to washing and/or sunlight
exposure can happen over time.
7.0 STORING THE VOKSI®
BABY NEST
7. 1 Keep the Voksi® Baby Nest in its original pack-
aging when not in use, or in a bag made of cloth or
paper. Avoid storage made of plastic.
7.2 Do not roll or fold the Voksi® Baby Nest.
8.0 WARNING
8. 1 Place the Voksi® Baby Nest on flat and stable
surfaces only that are bigger than the Voksi®
Baby Nest. Never place the Voksi® Baby Nest on
high surfaces from where the child could fall
down.
8.2 Never use the Voksi® Baby Nest for carrying
the child.
8.3 Always keep the Voksi® Baby Nest within sight
when a child is lying in it.
8.4 Always place your baby on its back when laying
them into the Voksi® Baby Nest.
8.5 Be careful when using near an open fire or other
heat sources such as electric stoves or gas
heaters.
8.6 Regularly check for damaged or loose parts and
replace if needed. Only use original spare parts
and accessories.
8.7 Always put the cotton string in the pocket so that
the child cannot swallow it.
8.8 Carefully read the washing instructions and
washing label inside the framing panel before
washing the Voksi® Baby Nest.
8.9 Always consider weather and temperature and
make sure that the child wears proper clothing
and is not covered with a too thick duvet when
lying in the Voksi® Baby Nest.
