4.0 Maintenance
Every year the pallet-truck should be tested by specialised company or one of our
servicemen.
The pallet-trucks are extensively maintenance-free.
All moving parts are outfitted with long time greasing for normal use.
By extensive use especially in wet conditions, you have to put lubricant, which is
usual in trade (for example motoroil) on all bearings in regular intervalls.

5.1. Warranty
Nine types of delivery disputes where the insurance coverage cannot be provided, there we
make ourselves liable to certain extent as follows:
1. The warranty period is upto 12 months, if we have no other specail declarations, from the
date of despatch or taken delivery:
The parts which are exactly as per our billing can be repaired or newly supplied, which
are handed over or delivered not earlier than six months and having defects like wrong
designing, inferior material, manufacturing defects which are not useful or not upto
standard or utilisation. Normally the claim has to be made within 2 weeks as per the
agreement. Spare parts are our patent. In case of spare parts failure it has to be decided
- Let the forks all the way down
- Remove screw plug (pos.92)
- Take out spring (pos. 89) and valve ball (pos. 87).
pump down once with the pedal. A small amount of
hydraulic fluid will come out, flushing along with it
any foreign material
- Check, if pressure pin (pos. 104) isn´t jammed
- There should be a clearance of about 0.5 mm
between th pressure pin (pos. 104) and the
setscrew (pos.98)
- Drain hydraulic fluid
- Tap the ball seats, which ar sitting back at the screws
(pos. 92 and 97) by using valve ball, brass pung and
250 g hammer.
- Wash out the hydraulic fluid and refill with new oil at
the cap (pos.79)
0,7 litre hydraulic oil HD 10 or SAE 10
- Replace sealing rings (pos.91 and 93)
