Please read these instructions carefully before operating the equipment. The
device is intended only to be used together with Allaway central vacuum cleaners
(but not with the Sonis or CX central units). The device sends out potential-free
contact information. The contact conveys to the ventilation unit the information
about when the central unit is used. Locate the device in a normal, dry living or
office space, or somewhere similar.
The device recognises the operation of the central unit from the low voltage circuit
of the central vacuuming system and transforms this information into a potential-
free contact (0/1), which can be used, for example, to control the ventilation unit.
installation
Connect the device as shown in the picture.
Connect the device to the SW 1 and SW 2 connectors in the low voltage circuit of
the central vacuum cleaner.
Connect the leads from A and B to the ventilation unit control. Check the
connection of the ventilation unit control from the manual supplied by its
manufacturer.
Connect the transformer to the voltage supply connectors GND and +24 V DC.
Connect the device transformer into the wall socket
Attach the device to the vicinity of the central vacuum cleaner or ventilation unit
using the adhesive label on the back of the device. This allows you to detach and
reattach the device.
