Zur Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Funktion
und zur eigenen Sicherheit sind alle nachstehenden
Vorschriften genau durchzulesen und zu beachten.
EMPFANG
Die Sendung sofort bei Anlieferung auf Beschä-
digungen und Typenrichtigkeit prüfen. Falls Schäden
vorliegen, umgehend Schadensmeldung unter Hin-
zuziehung des Transportunternehmens veranlassen.
Bei nicht fristgerechter Reklamation gehen evtl. An-
sprüche verloren.
EINLAGERUNG
Bei Einlagerung über längeren Zeitraum sind zur Ver-
hinderung schädlicher Einwirkungen folgende Maß-
nahmen zu treffen: Versiegelung der blanken Teile mit
Korrosionsschutz, Schutz durch trockene, luft- und
staubdichte Verpackung (Kunststoffbeutel mit Trocken-
mittel und Feuchtigkeitsindikatoren). Der Lagerort
muss erschütterungsfrei, wassergeschützt und frei
von Temperaturschwankungen sein.
Schäden, deren Ursache in unsachgemäßem Trans-
port, Einlagerung oder Inbetriebnahme liegen, sind
nachweisbar und unterliegen nicht der Gewährlei-
stung.
EINSATZBEREICH
Dieser Schalter überwacht den Luftstrom in Luft-
kanälen. Er kann als Öffner oder Schließer zur Mel-
dung oder Verriegelung angeschlossen werden.
Der SWT ist zur Unterbrechung oder für den soge-
nannten „ No-flow"-Schutz konzipiert worden. Wo für
kritische Anwendungen oder hochwertige Produkte
bestimmte Bedingungen eingehalten werden müs-
sen, sollte die Überwachung und Sicherheitsfunktion
nicht durch ein einzelnes Gerät erfolgen. Für solche
Anwendungen sollte ein separates Sicherheitsgerät
mit Warnkontakten zur Signalisierung angeschlossen
werden.
ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS
Achtung: Alle Arbeiten sind im spannungs-
freien Zustand durchzuführen.
Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur von einer autori-
sierten Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden. Die ein-
schlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen (wie VDE
0100, VDE 0530 und VDE 0700 sowie die TAB's der
EVU's und UVV) sind einzuhalten. Ebenso sind die
Montage-
und Betriebsvorschriften der „ Elektronischen Tempe-
raturregler" für Elektro-Heizregister zu beachten.
Die elektrischen Anschlüsse sind mit rot (com),
blau (NO), weiss (NC) gekennzeichnet.

MONTAGE
Der SWT kann oben, unten oder seitlich am Luftkanal
montiert werden. Die Montage muss so erfolgen,
dass das Paddelgewicht nicht mit oder entgegenge-
setzt der Federkraft wirkt, die für die Einstellung ent-
sprechend der Luftströmung erforderlich ist. Nach
Möglichkeit sollte man dennoch versuchen, den
Schalter horizontal einzubauen. Die Kanaltemperatur
darf an der Montagestelle nicht über 80 °C betragen
(abhängig von der Umgebungstemperatur).

RECEIPT
Please check delivery immediately on receipt for accu-
racy and damage. If damaged, please notify carrier
immediately. Delayed notification may void any possi-
ble claim.
STORAGE
The following steps are to be taken when storing:
Protect by dry, air- and dustproof packing (plastic
bags with drying agent and moisture indicators). The
storage area must be waterproof, vibration-free and
free of temperature variations.
When transshipping check if the packing is adequate
for method and manner of transportation.
Damages due to improper transportation, storage or
putting into operation are not liable for warranty.
OPERATION / USE
This switch detects airflow or the absence of airflow
in ducts. It can be wired to open one circuit and close
a second circuit (SPDT) for either safety or interlock
purposes.
These switches are designed for interlock purpose or
"no flow" protection. Where critical or high value
property is to be maintained within specific environ-
mental conductions, a single switch should not be
applied to function as both an operating and safety
device. In such applications a separate back-up
switch with alarm contacts should be wired to indica-
te when this control operates.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Attention: All work must be carried out with
the equipment fully isolated from the power sup-
ply.
The electrical connections are to be carried out in ac-
cordance with the relevant wiring diagram and are
only to be done by a qualified electrician. All relevant
safety regulations, national standards and norms are
to be adhered to. The Installation and Operation In-
structions for the electronic temperature regulators of
the electric heater batteries are also to be observed.
Terminals are marked red (com), blue (NO),
white (NC)
COM-NC closes on flow increase.
COM-NO closes on flow decrease.
MOUNTING
The SWT can be mounted on top or side of a duct.
Install in a horizontal duct whenever possible. If vertical
duct mounting is required and flow is downward, the
switch must be readjusted. If flow is upward, refer to
Specifications Table for minimum flow required to actu-
ate the control. Install where duct air-temperatures do
not exceed +80 °C (dependent on ambient tempera-
ture, temperature at contact block should never be
above +55 °C). Avoid locations close to elbows, dam-
pers, fans, duct openings or other areas where ex-

RÉCEPTION
Dès réception vérifier l'état et la conformité du matériel
commandé. En cas d'avaries, faire les réclamations
d'usage auprès du transporteur.
Attention: Pas de remarques à temps, pas de recours.
STOCKAGE
En cas de stockage prolongé, il appartient de prendre
les mesures suivantes pour éviter tout dommage:
envelopper dans un emballage sec, étanche à l'air et
aux poussières (à l'aide par ex. d'un sac plastique
dans lequel sera placé un agent déshydratant avec
indicateur d'humidité). Le matériel est à stocker dans
un endroit abrité de l'eau, exempt de variations de
température et de vibrations.
Les dommages dus à de mauvaises conditions de
transport, à des stockages défectueux ou à une utili-
sation anormale sont sujets à vérification et contrôle
et entraînent la suppression de notre garantie.
DOMAINE D'UTILISATION
Ce contrôleur détecte la présence ou l'absence d'un
écoulement d'air dans une gaine. Il peut être câblé
afin d'ouvrir un circuit et d'en fermer un autre (SPDT)
en vue d'assurer une sécurité ou verrouillage. SPDT:
contact inverseur.
Ces appareils sont conçus pour des applications
d'asservissement ou de sécurité par manque de débit.
Lorsque des produits fragiles ou de grande valeur
doivent être maintenus dans des conditions spécifi-
ques, il est déconseillé d'utiliser un seul appareil en
régulation et en sécurité. Dans ce type d'utilisation,
un module de sécurité indépendant doit être utilisé;
celui ci étant raccordé à une signalisation d'alarme.
BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE
Attention: Tous les travaux doivent être ef-
fectués hors tension.
Le branchement électrique est à réaliser selon le
schéma de connexion correspondant. Il doit être ef-
fectué par un électricien qualifié. Les consignes de
sécurité ainsi que les normes standards nationales
doivent être respectées. Il est aussi impératif de res-
pecter les indications des instructions d´installation
pour les régulateurs électroniques de température
pour batteries électriques.
Les bornes du contact inverseur sont marquées
rouge (com), bleu (NO), blanco (NC)
COM-NC se ferme par augmentation de débit.
COM-NO se ferme par diminution du débit.
MONTAGE
Le SWT peut être monté sur le dessus, le dessous
ou les côtés d'une gaine, de préférence sur une sec-
tion horizontale. Au cas où un montage sur une sec-
tion verticale est nécessaire, si le débit est vers le bas
l'appareil doit être réglé, si le débit est vers le haut, se
référer au tableau de spécifications pour le débit mi-
nimum nécessaire pour actionner l'appareil. Installer
l'appareil à un endroit où la température d'air de la
gaine ne dépasse pas 80 °C (en fonction de la
température d'ambiance, la température au bloc
