Use only the original charger.
1. Remove the battery from the device. Press the release buttons on both
sides of battery, meanwhile take it out as arrow direction in Fig.4.
2. Insert the battery into the charger as show in Fig.5
3. Connect the charger to the power supply. (Fig.5)
4. After a sufficient charging time (about 3-5hours, LED on charger lights up
green), disconnect the charger from the power supply.

NOTE: It is normal for the battery and charger to become warm (but not hot)
during charging process. If the battery does not charge properly, check to
make sure the electrical outlet is „live".
Notes on charger :
• LED on charger lights up red: Battery is charging
• LED on charger lights up green: Charging completed
Self-discharge of batteries! Remove the battery from the
charger once it is fully charged.

General instructions:
Regarding the battery, in order to maintain the long service life of the batte-
ry, always follow the instructions below:
• The trimmer is automatically switched off when the battery voltage is low.
The battery
must then be recharged before the trimmer can be used again.
• Always recharge the lithium-ion battery prior to any prolonged period of
non-use, i.e. before storing the trimmer.
• The charging time is around 3-5 hours for battery that is completely empty.
• The lithium-ion rechargeable battery can be charged at any charge level
and charging can be interrupted at any time without damaging the battery
(no memory effect).
PREPARING THE TRIMMER BEFORE USE
Before carrying out any adjustment, remove the battery.
Before use, check that the tool is in good working order as follows:
1. Disconnect the battery from the tool.
2. Examine the general condition of the tool. Inspect the guard, switch, check

for loose screws, improper mounting, broken parts and any other condition
that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs du-
ring operation, turn the grass trimmer off immediately and have the problem
corrected by a qualified repair person.
3. Ensure that you are on a flat surface and have secure footing.
Setting the additional handle (Fig. 6)
– Undo the knurled screw (3).
– Bring the additional handle (4) to the required position.
– Tighten the knurled screw (3) to secure the additional handle (4).
