Lift-off Protection

A lift-off protection has to be provided generally. For this, a threaded rod (1), three nuts (2), one
serrated lock washer (4) and one washer (3) are required.
Take care that the stud has sufficient space for movement in the bore hole.

Counter nuts (2) so that there is a remaining distance (X) of 1...2 mm to the washer (3). Note that

1...2 mm space for lifting is indispensable to avoid force shunts.
