warranty
The general warranty for the appliance has a 1 year term and only covers
domestic use.
Excluded from warranty: worn parts ; removable or moving parts damaged
as a result of mishandling, dropping or knocking during handling, such as
the lid, mug, grill, base and battery cover ; parts used other than as part of
normal operation in the domestic sphere, e.g. professional use or use in public
or professional premises.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect
use of the appliance, not conforming to the instructions for use, or by repairs
made by an unqualified person.
For repairs outside France, please contact your local distributor.
Worn parts or damaged parts excluded from warranty will be replaced or
repaired in return for payment.
The duration of the warranty begins from the original date of purchase. The
warranty can only be invoked on presentation of the defective appliance
accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
In accordance with article L111-2 of the French consumer code, spare parts for
a repairable product are available for 2 years from the date of manufacture
(information noted on the product: batch or series number).
Warning: For all repairs, you will be asked to return the product in its original
packaging to avoid additional damage during transport. Please therefore retain
the original packaging in its entirety.
Place of jurisdiction: Strasburg (France).
The provisions of the warranty do not preclude the legal warranty afforded
to the consumer in the event of defects and hidden faults according to the
provisions of articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
