Dismantling
1. Switch off the appliance, unplug the power cord, and wait until all moving parts have completely
stopped.
2. Dismantle by following the instructions in the reverse order. The raised edges on the lock ring simplify
turning.
3. Push the mincing plate off the feeder housing with a screwdriver as shown in the diagram.
Cleaning
NOTE: The machine and its parts are not dishwasher safe.
1. Remove scraps of food.
2. Wash all parts that come into contact with food in hot water and washing-up liquid.
- Bleach containing chlorine will discolour aluminium surfaces.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water, wipe it with a damp cloth.
- Do not use strong detergents or solvents, they can damage the plastic parts.
3. Lubricate the parts if necessary with cooking oil.
