Beating egg whites:

Put the egg whites into the chopping bowl.

Insert the whisk accessory into the pin in the centre of the chopping bowl.

Put the lid on the chopping bowl.

Insert the motor body into the lid.

Plug it in and press the lid for 20 seconds.
CLEANING

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

Clean the motor body using a damp cloth, and do not submerge it in water.

The other parts can be put in the dishwasher.

When processing coloured foods, the plastic parts of the appliance may be stained. Clean
these parts with vegetable oil before putting them in the dishwasher.

Be very careful when touching the blades as they are very sharp.
