SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

- Read all the instructions. Keep these instructions for further use.
- The blades are very sharp! Be careful when touching them.
- Before plugging the appliance into the mains, check that the voltage corresponds with the one
indicated on the label.
- Always unplug the appliance before assembling, dismantling, cleaning or storing it.
- Do not wet the motor body, cable or plug.
- Never use a damaged appliance. Take it to an authorised repair service to be checked or
repaired.
- Do not leave the plug hanging from the side of the table or worktop, and ensure it does not
come into contact with hot surfaces.
- Remove the blade before emptying the contents of the bowl.
- Never plug the appliance into the mains until it is fully assembled and always unplug the
appliance before dismantling it or touching the blade.
- This appliance has been designed to process normal quantities of food for household use.
- Turn the appliance off before changing the accessories or before touching the moving parts
of the machine.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised
repair service or qualified technician, to prevent risks. Do not try to manipulate the appliance
yourself.
- This product is not to be used by children or persons whose physical sensorial or mental
state prevents them from using it safely, without assistance or supervision. Children must be
supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.

IMPORTANT

- Never use the appliance for more than 30 seconds without interruption and leave an interval
of 2 minutes between each 30-second session, for it to cool down.
- Do not use the blade to chop hard foods, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, nutmeg or
chocolate.
HOW TO USE THE FOOD CHOPPER
Chopping:
- Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade.
Warning: The blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the top part of the plastic.
- Insert the blade into the pin in the centre of the chopping bowl.
- Add the foods. Consult the food-preparation guide.
- Put the lid on the chopping bowl.
- Fit the motor body onto the lid.
- Plug it in. Press the lid to make the appliance function for short periods of time, by pressing.
This will prevent the food from being over-processed.
- After use, unplug the appliance and remove the motor body and the lid.
- Carefully remove the blade.
- Take the processed food out of the chopping bowl.
