5. Press the ON / OFF button to directly heat the water to 100 ° C. The light then turns
red.
6. If you want to heat water at a lower temperature, press the temperature selector until
the red spot reaches the desired temperature:
 60 ° C: green
 70 ° C: blue
 80 ° C: yellow
 90 ° C: purple
7. The water heating starts automatically 10 seconds after the temperature has been
selected. There is no need to press the ON / OFF button.
8. After boiling, the kettle and the control lamp automatically switch off.
Disconnect the kettle from the mains electricity supply.
Do not open the lid when pouring.
Keep Warm function:
Press the ON / OFF button for 3 seconds so that the water start heating. The lights will blink
red during the heating and during the next 2 hours that it keeps warm. It will automatically go
on heating when the water temperature will reach 85°C.
ADVICE FOR CARE & STORAGE
1. Cleaning
 Cool the keetle before cleaning
 Always remove the plug from the supply before cleaning the kettle.
 The exterior of the kettle can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth without additives.
2. Descaling
 The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of the water and the frequency of
use.
 Descale the kettle regularly for proper operation.
 In normal use, it is recommended to descale the kettle three to four times per year.
To descale the kettle:
1. Pour 25cl of water in the kettle.
2. Add 25cl of white vinegar.
3. Then boil and let stand for 15 minutes after switching off the device.
4. Rinse thoroughly several times with cold water and boil clean water before reuse (at
least 3 times). Repeat if necessary
It is possible to use a specific descaler for kettles. In this case, follow the manufacturer's
instructions and then repeat step 4 of classical scaling.
Never use other methods of scaling than those recommended above.
3. Storage
 After each use and when unused for long periods, unplug the kettle and empty the water
tank.
 Store the kettle and its heating base in a dry, clean and frost-free location, which is
protected against direct sunlight.
