Replacement of the Diamond Grinding Disc HSS-99

WARNING:
Disconnect the power plug before starting any maintenance work.
1. Remove frontplate by unscrewing the star grips on the back.
2. Remove screw with disc from the shaft.
3. Unscrew the pressure bushing.
4. Mount the puller for removing the old disc.
5. Grease the motor shaft (not the first 25 mm from the front, because the grip-spring
tensioning element must be strong fitted).
6. Push the new diamond disc on the motor shaft up to the fixing.
7. Mount the grip-spring tensioning element without grease.
(Attention: fitting position!)
8. Thread the pressure bushing (grease the winding a little bit) into the diamond disc
and fix (clamp the grip-spring tensioning element!).
9. Thread the screw (grease the winding) with disc into the and of the shaft and screw
up.
10. Clean the surfaces of the front-plate and bearing box and grease with the delivered
grease. Do not spread it.
11. Put back the front plate and fasten the star handles tightly. First the bottom star
handles, then the top star handles. Now spread the grease and remove any grease.
Please also use the delivered grease for greasing the windings!
