Possible causes
Earphone does not fit correctly in the ear, resulting
in improper operation or a whistling sound (acoustic
feedback). To prevent:
• Switch off the hearing amplifier and insert the earphone
into the ear correctly.
• If the earphone does not fit correctly in the ear, use a
different size earphone cover. If you have questions
about fit, contact Customer Service.
