5. Care, Maintenance and Disposal

• Remove the battery from the device before cleaning.
• Please always treat the product with care and prevent the Earphone Cover
from becoming obstructed with foreign objects. This impairs the function of
the sound amplification.
• Clean the hearing amplifier and the Earphone Cover with a soft damp cloth then
wipe dry with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use. If they are very dirty, you can
also moisten the cloth with a mild soapy solution. Never use abrasive, corrosive
or solvent-based cleaning products.
• Only clean the device as instructed. Always keep liquids from entering the
device or accessories.
• Do not use the device until it is completely dry.
• An elongated object or brush works well to remove any ear wax stuck in the
earphone cover.
• Allow the hearing amplifier to dry fully after cleaning. Store the hearing amplifierin
a safe, dry and clean place in the storage box.
