TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Once the command has been sent, the
motor does not start.

The motor starts but the canvas does
Motorised
not move.
The canvas movement is not fluid.
IF PROBLEMS PERSIST, OR IN CASE OF PROBLEMS NOT LISTED IN THIS TABLE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR RETAILER.

Possible cause
Remote control batteries dead.
Motor overheating.
Power plug is not connected to the mains.
No electricity in the mains.
Wrong limit switch setting.
Canvas breakage possible.
Runners dirty or not perfectly aligned.
Presence of strong wind.
Canvas stuck.

Controls and remedies
Change the battery in the remote control.
Wait for 5-10 minutes to allow the motor to cool.
Make sure the plug is properly connected
to a working socket.
Make sure the electricity is working in the house.
If the problem persists, adjust the limit switch.
Contact your retailer.
Clean the runners (see chapter Maintenance).
It is advised not to unroll the canvas with strong wind.
Contact your retailer.
If necessary, check that by unrolling the canvas the
terminal tube descends correctly.
The terminal can be manually aided during its descending
phase to allow the canvas to detach.
