11.8 Replacing the exhaust valve assembly and
exhaust shuttles
1. Remove front panel of dryer as
described in 11.5.
2. Remove the capscrews securing the
manifold in position.
3. Remove the manifold, taking care to
retrieve the inter face O-rings. The
silencer can be removed for maintenance
if required.
4. Remove end bonnets, retrieving the O-
ring.
5. Remove the exhaust shuttle.
6. Place the shuttle into the bore. Gently
fold the seal into the bore whilst keeping
pressure on the end of the shuttle. Refit
the end bonnet. The refitting of the
manifold is the reverse of removal.
