    5. DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La Nordica si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO 6.1. COMIGNOLO Il tiraggio della canna fumaria dipende anche dall’idoneità del comignolo. È pertanto indispensabile che, se costruito artigianalmente, la sezione di uscita sia più di due volte la sezione interna della canna fumaria (Figura 2 a pagina 39).

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO 8. COMBUSTIBILI AMMESSI / NON AMMESSI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO Per accendere il fuoco consigliamo di usare piccoli listelli di legno con carta oppure altri mezzi di accensione in commercio. È VIETATO l’uso di tutte le sostanze liquide come per es. alcool, benzina, petrolio e simili.

Vi consigliamo di svuotare periodicamente il cassetto dalla cenere e di evitarne il riempimento totale, per non surriscaldare la griglia.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The cookers of La Nordica are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system. They are ideal for holiday apartments and weekend houses or as an auxiliary heating system during the whole year.

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO The flue must be at a suitably distance from flammable or combustible material using suitable insulation or an air space. It is FORBIDDEN to pass system piping or air ducts inside the flue. It is also forbidden to create moveable or fixed openings on the flue itself, for the connection of further different appliances (See chapter CONNECTING A FIREPLACE OR OPEN HEARTH TO THE FLUE).

    TO THE DEVICE!!! 12.1. MAJOLICAS La NORDICA has chosen majolica tiles, which are the result of high-quality artisan work. As they are completely carried out by hand, the majolica may present crackles, speckles, and shadings. These characteristics certify their precious origin.

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO 8. ZULÄSSIGE / UNZULÄSSIGE BRENNSTOFFE Der zulässige Brennstoff ist Scheitholz. Es sind ausschließlich Klötze von trockenem Holz anzuwenden (Wassergehalt max. 20%). Man sollte maximal 2 oder 3 Scheitholz laden. Die Holzstücke sollten eine Länge von etwa 20-30 cm und einen Kreis von maximal 30- 35 cm haben.

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO Um das Feuer anzuzünden, wird es empfohlen, kleinen Holzleisten oder andere vermarktete Anfeuerungsmittel anzuwenden. Die Anwendung aller flüssigen Stoffe, wie zum Beispiel Alkohol, Benzin, Erdöl und ähnliche, ist VERBOTEN. Die Luftöffnungen (primär und sekundär) sind zusammen zu öffnen (auch die eventuell Anzündschieber und an dem Rauchgasrohr vorhandene Drosselklappe ist zu öffnen).

    SOVRANA EVO - SOVRANA EASY EVO Richtiges Anzünden, geeignete Brennstoffe/Brennstoffmengen und richtige Sekundär- Schiebereinstellung sowie ausreichender Schornsteinzug/Verbrennungsluftversorgung sind für die optimale Funktion des Ofens maßgeblich und für die Glassauberkeit unerlässlich. WICHTIG: Die Glasreinigung ist nur und ausschließlich bei kühler Ausrüstung auszuführen, um die Explosion des Glases selbst zu vermeiden.

DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUE Les cuisinières à bois La Nordica permettent de cuisiner sur la plaque et de chauffer des espaces de logement durant certaines périodes ou de compléter un chauffage centralisé insuffisant. Elles conviennent parfaitement aux appartements de vacances ou de week-end ou bien comme chauffage d’appoint pendant toute l’année.

On devrait charger au maximum 2 ou 3 souches de bois. Les pièces de bois devraient avoir une longueur d’environ 20-30 cm et une circonférence de maximum 30-35 cm.
