Combustion adjustment
In conformity with Efficiency Directive 92/42/EEC the application of the burner on the boiler, adjustment and testing must be carried
out observing the instruction manual of the boiler, including verification of the CO and CO
peratures and the average temperature of the water in the boiler.

Corrective actions
No change.
Check the adjustment parameters. Check sealing between the blast tube, the boiler and the
flue and check that the boiler door is tight.
Check penetration of the blast tube into the furnace. If the parameters are correct, change the
nozzle.
Turn the button (point V) to open the air damper to discharge a half grade or 3 taps (e.g. from
of between 12 and 13).

Check the blackening index (if blackening index > 1 return to case N° 1).
Check cold start
Close the air damper. Check the blackening index (if blackening index > 1 return to case N° 1).
