Warranty claims are excluded for damage resulting from:
• Misuse or improper handling
• Environmental factors (Ex: moisture, heat, dust, etc.)
• Failure to comply with the safety notes of the device
• Not following the instructions
• Use of force (Ex: shock, impact, case)
• Submission of claims that have not been authorized through InnoCigs service addresses
• Unauthorized repair attempts
• Sending warranty repair in unsafe packaging
InnoCigs reserves in all warranty cases, the right to scrutinize the claim until the final decisi-
on. InnoCigs reserves the right to revise these warranty conditions.
