Die gesamte Länge der Heizleitungen oder
Heizbänder muss in perfekter Kontakt mit
der beheizten Fläche mit Aluminium
Klebeband FLEXKIT gehalten werden.
Vor und nach der Installation überprüfen
Sie den allgemeinen Zustand der
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder.
Installieren Sie keine beschädigten
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder. Im
Zweifelsfall, kontaktieren Sie uns.
Schließen Sie die Heizleitungen oder
Heizbänder gemäß den in diesem
Dokument beschriebenen Anweisungen an.
Nehmen Sie die Heizleitungen oder
Heizbänder nicht in Betrieb vor ihrer
Installation auf der beheizten Fläche
Die elektrischen Schutzvorrichtungen
(Sicherungen, Leistungsschalter,...)
müssen entsprechend dimensioniert
werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die maximale
Oberflächentemperatur nicht überschritten
wird.
Vermeiden Sie Stöße an der Oberfläche
der Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder.
Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Kontakt mit
Stoffen, gegen die die Isolation der
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder nicht
beständig ist.
Installieren Sie nicht die Heizleitungen oder
Heizbänder zwischen zwei isolierenden
Schichten.
Installieren Sie keine weiteren
Heizelemente im direkten Kontakt zu den
Heizleitungen oder Heizbändern.
Kontrolle
Messen und vergleichen Sie den
elektrischen Widerstandswert in
Abhängigkeit des Leistungs- und
Versorgungsspannungswertes. Die
Berechnung des Widerstandes erfolgt nach
der Beziehung R (in Ohm) = U² (Spannung
in Volt Quadrat am Anschluss des
Widerstands) / P (Leistung in Watt von dem
Widerstand).
Nehmen Sie eine Isolationsprüfung vor der
Inbetriebnahme in Übereinstimmung mit der
Rubrik „ Kontrolle" der allgemeinen
Installationshinweise auf

The total surface of the heater must be in
direct contact with the piece to be heated.
We recommend to use aluminium adhesive
fixing tape FLEXKIT all the way long the
heater.
Perform a general check on the heater
before and after installation.
Do not use a damaged heater. If any doubt
please contact us.
Connect the heater according to the
attached instructions.
Do not energise the heater before installing
on the piece to be heated.
Electrical security and safety measures are
to be provided on site.
It must be ensured that the max. admissible
temperature is not exceeded.
Avoid any impacts on the heater surface.
Avoid any contact with chemical products
which could damage the insulation of the
heater.
Do not put the heater between 2 layers of
thermal insulation.
Do not put another heating element in direct
contact with the heater.
Inspection
Check the electrical resistance value
according to the wattage and the voltage.
The calculation of the resistance can be
found with the following formula: resistance
R (in ohm) = U² (voltage in volts applied at
the resistance squared) / P (wattage in
watts of the resistance).
Perform an electrical insulation test before
start-up. This should be done in accordance
with the paragraph "inspection" stated in
our general installation instructions
available on our catalogue or on our

La totalité de la longueur du cordon ou ruban
chauffant doit en tout point être maintenue
en parfait contact avec la pièce à chauffer,
par un recouvrement intégral de la partie
chauffante par adhésif aluminium
FLEXKIT.
Vérifier l'état général du cordon ou ruban
chauffant avant et après son installation.
Ne pas installer un cordon ou ruban
chauffant endommagé. En cas de doute,
consultez-nous.
Raccorder le cordon ou ruban chauffant
conformément aux instructions décrites dans
ce document.
Ne pas mettre le cordon ou ruban chauffant
en service avant son installation sur la pièce
à chauffer.
Les systèmes de protection électrique
(fusibles, disjoncteurs,...) doivent être prévus
et dimensionnés sur site.
Ne pas dépasser la température maximum
autorisée.
Eviter tout choc à la surface du cordon ou
ruban chauffant.
Eviter tout contact avec des produits
chimiques pouvant altérer l'isolation du
cordon ou ruban chauffant
Ne pas installer le cordon ou ruban chauffant
entre 2 couches isolantes.
Ne pas installer un autre élément chauffant
en contact direct avec le cordon ou ruban
chauffant
Contrôles
Mesurer et comparer la valeur de la
résistance électrique en fonction de la
puissance et de la valeur de la tension
d'alimentation. Le calcul de la résistance se
fera suivant la relation suivante R (en ohm) =
U² (tension en volt au borne de la résistance
au carré) / P (puissance en watt de la
résistance).
Effectuer des mesures d'isolement électrique
avant la mise en fonctionnement
conformément au paragraphe 'contrôle' des
Consignes Générales d'Installation,
disponible sur www.flexelec.com.
