Instructions:
Read through these user's istructions carefully before using the machine. The scale are
intended for personal use only and not for medical or commercial use. Always make sure that
the machine is on a hard,flat surface and only use it indoors.
Operation:
For weight only :
The following scale turns on in response to pressure. .Step on the scale ; the display show your
weight. and select the weight unit : kg/lb/st by the key placed near the battery compartment.
Stand normally on the scale with your weight distributed evenly on your two legs .Wait until
the scale stabilizes your weight after the number on the display flashes twice. The scale will be
auto off if no further using after few seconds .
For weight , body fat percentage and body fluid percentage:
Press the SET key for seconds to set your persnal data
When the screen shows "P1" Choose one of the memory slots 0-9 using the " or " key
,When the code number flashes on the screen and once you reach your target number, please
press "SET" to confirm.
(The scale can store data for 10 people)
Then to choose Male or Female using the " or "key ,when the gender symbol flashes on the
screen and then press "SET" to confirm .
Then press " or " key to reach your target age (10-80) , when"AGE" and the number flashes
on the screen and then press "SET" to confirm .
Then press " or " key to reach your target height (100-240cm) when the number flash on
the screen and then press "SET" to confirm.
Finally, the screen will shows data of "height" & "Age" which been alrady settled ,and also
with 0.0kg .
Carry out the above steps to measure your body weight , body fat percentage and body fluid
percentage:
