12. Troubleshooting

With the oral irrigator you have purchased a product which has been designed using state-of-the-
art technology and which is safe to operate. Nevertheless, problems or failures might occur.
Therefore, we would like to describe in the following how you can eliminate possible failures.
Please observe all safety instructions contained in this operating manual!
Problem
No function
The motor for the pump
does not work
The pump works, but
there is no water
flowing out of the plug-
in nozzle
Water pressure is too
low
Solution
• Is the mains socket fully functional?
• Is the oral irrigator switched on?
• The drive motor is overheated. Switch the oral irrigator off via
the ON/OFF switch and wait at least 20 minutes.
• The water tank is empty. Switch the oral irrigator off and fill the
water tank.
• The water tank is not inserted correctly.
• The plug-in nozzle is not inserted correctly. Switch the oral
irrigator off and insert the plug-in nozzle correctly.
• The plug-in nozzle is blocked. Switch the oral irrigator off and
replace the plug-in nozzle.
• The slider on the handle is not in the correct position.
• Set the rotary control for the water pressure to a higher position
(turn it in direction "4").
• The plug-in nozzle is blocked. Switch the oral irrigator off and
replace the plug-in nozzle.
