3. Changing the pressure governor's setting
the pressure governor (d) is placed inside the control box, which is mounted on the filter
cabinet. the adjusting screw (i) is situated in the centre of the pressure governor. to
increase the pre-set level of the pressure switch turn the adjustment screw anti clockwise.
note! When adJusting the pressure govenor a manometer has to be used.
4. Replacing the filter cartridge
note! alWays use protective gloves and protective mask
When replacing the filter cartridge as there is a risk of
contamination by the collected particles.
1. unscrew the knob (J).
2. take of the cover-lid (k)
3. unscrew the nut (l) holding the filter cartridge and take
out the filter cartridge (m).
4. place the old filter cartridge into the packing from the
replacement filter and seal carefully.
5. reassemble in reverse order (n).
(the filter cartridge can only be mounted in one way)
6. check that the cover lid presses against the filter housing wall
when a new filter cartridge has been fitted.
When mounting the cover lid, lift the lid slightly until the
positioning guide (o) engages
5. Emptying the dust tray
note! alWays use protective gloves and protective mask
When emptying the dust tray is there is a risk of contamination by the
collected particles.
alWays sWitch of the poWer to the control box at the circuit breaker
or line fuses.
1. the dust tray (p must be emptied regularly.
2. loosen the lock ring (Q).
3. shake the box (r).
4. fold carefully down the box (r.
5.take out the dust tray and let it stand free.
6. empty the dust tray and reassemble in reverse order.
