WASTE OIL/SUCTION DRAINERS
• Before use, please read this user manual carefully.
• Wear safety equipment during use (gloves, goggles and protective clothing, hearing protection)
• Attention! The oil temperature must not exceed 80°C
• Attention! The oil capacity must not exceed the indicated value
• Warning! Warning! Close the valve when draining the oil
• To drain the oil from the tank, the pressure must never exceed 0.5 bar or 7.3 psi
• Use only original spare parts. Never use parts that are not in the optional selection otherwise the
warranty may not apply.
• Ensure environmental protection. Be careful with used oil drops. Always comply with the
regulations on waste oils.
• Use only for oil. Do not use for/with: diesel, gasoline, solvents, etc.
ASSEMBLY
Remove the pump and oil suction probe from the package.
Mount the vacuum gauge (1) and the silencer part (2).
When disposing of or storing waste oils, comply with environmental protection regulations.
The product is ready to be used.
For oil suction:
Close all valves on the pump.
Connect the air coupler to the air inlet connection (3), which is located on the silencer.
Open the valve (4) under the silencer.
The air pressure for correct depressurization is between 6.5 and 7 bar.
When the vacuum gauge indicates the value 500-600, close the valve (4).
Choose the right oil suction
probe (5) for your application.
Then connect the probe to the
oil suction pipe (6).
