Operation

Before first use
Pre-heat the broiler on the maximum heat setting for 15
minutes. This operation can cause an odour and smoke to

To switch on and increase the heat setting turn the knob
clockwise. To decrease the heat setting turn the knob
counter-clockwise. To switch off turn the knob to the 0.
The part in the front of the broiler stays hot after the long
cooking time. Always use a protection to remove and
replace food on the broiler.
