Save these instructions for future reference.
WARNING: Keep the heater at a safe distance of at least 1 m from flammable materials. See figure
below.
Pay particular attention to these safety instructions.

Never use petrol or other fuel than paraffin.
•
The heater must never be handled by children.
•
The heater must only be used for the purpose for which it is intended.
•
The heater must never be used by persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs that could affect
their judgement.
•
Keep aerosols and other pressurised containers away from the heater.
Combustible materials must not be stored near the heater .
•
Combustible materials must not be placed on the heater.
•
The heater must never be used to dry clothes, fabrics or other materials.
•
The heater must always be turned off if left unattended.
•
Only refill with paraffin outdoors. Always wipe off any spilled fuel. Do not refill the heater near fire or
•
a source of heat.
Never use flammable gases in the same room as the heater.
•
Never use volatile hydrocarbons (such as thinner, acetone, petrol, which can easily vaporise) in the
•
same room as the heater.
Never let water boil on the heater. This could easily spill and cause burns.
•
The heater must never be carried or moved when it is lit.
•
Never use the heater if it is damaged, gives off strange odours, soot or produces abnormal flames.
•
Never use paraffin that is contaminated or poor quality.
•
Never touch the heater when it is operating. Allow it to cool after it has been turned off. Risk of
•
burns.
Do not use the heater in areas where the temperature is above normal room temperature.
