Regularly check that all the screw and electrical connections are correctly tightened. Tighten if

necessary. Remove any dirt or korrosion etc. from electrical connections.
Never attempt to open the winch, this will invalidate the warranty. Repairs must only carried out by

an authorised service centre.

The gearbox is permanently lubricated at the factory with high-temperature lithium grease.
No internal parts need lubricating.

Replacing the wire
1.
Engage by putting the clutch knob in the IN position.
2.
Insert the wire in the wire holder. Firmly tighten the screw.
3.
Run the winch to wind the wire on the drum.
IMPORTANT: Only use wires recommended by the manufacturer.
Problem
The motor does not work, or only
goes in one direction.
The motor runs but the drum
does not rotate.
The motor runs but not at full
power, or the drum rotates
