Problem
The appliance
does not work
after it is pushed
onto the neck of
the bottle .
"Err" is shown on
the display 1:
If you are unable to resolve the problem by applying any of
the aforementioned methods, please contact the Customer
Service department .

Possible
cause
The appliance is
not far enough
over of the neck
of the bottle .
The batteries
are inserted
incorrectly .
The appliance
is not flush on
the neck of the
bottle and is
sucking in air
from outside .
Remedy
Check whether the
appliance is far
enough over the
neck of the bottle .
Check whether
the batteries are
correctly inserted
(regarding
polarity) .
Check that the
appliance is sitting
flush on the bottle
neck .
