Safety Instructions
•
Lawn mowers must not be used by children or untrained persons.
•
Wear stout shoes or boots to protect your feet.
•
Do not operate the appliance when walking barefoot or wearing open sandals.
•
Wear long trousers to protect your legs.
•
Before using the appliance, remove sticks, stones, wire and other obstacles from the surface to be worked.
•
Before use always check the condition of the cutting mechanism.
•
Do not use the appliance when the cutting mechanism is worn.
•
Never use the appliance with a damaged guard or missing safety precautions, such as deflection and/or
grass collection features.
•
Never mow up and down a slope. Always mow the slope transversely.
•
Do not mow extremely steep slopes.
•
Be extremely careful when moving backwards or pulling the appliance towards you.
•
Prevent the cutting mechanism from touching hard objects during use.
•
Never attempt to bring the cutting mechanism to a standstill yourself.

Place the appliance upside down.

Insert a piece of paper between the blade wheel and the flat blade and carefully rotate the reel blades by
hand.
