HOW TO OPEN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT OF THE CAMERA
Push the release lever toward the rear of the camera.
At the same time place your fingernail under the cover in the middle of the camera and
slide the compartment to the outside.
The battery compartment cover can now be hinged upward.
