• Attach permanently mounted control de-
vices in a visible position.
• Both rated torque and rated operating
time must be compatible with the cha-
racteristics of the driven equipment.
• Proper operation of the system is only
guaranteed if it is installed, assembled,
supplied with sufficient power and main-
tained correctly.
• Secure the unit against unauthorised
operation. Take safety precautions
against unintentional switching on.
• Before working on the system, discon-
nect all connecting cables to be installed
from the power supply and secure them
against unintentional reconnection.
• Remove all cables that are not needed.
Set all devices that are not required for
operation with the motor out of opera-
tion.

It is essential to observe the instructions
for correct use and the conditions of use!
There is an increased risk of injury if
used improperly!
• Only use the radio receiver for connec-
ting to roller shutter, awning and blind
motors.
• Deactivate the automatic opening and
closing of the sending unit function in
case of snowfall, icing or danger of frost
to avoid damage to the motor or the dri-
ven unit.
• Only use original components and acces-
sories from the manufacturer.
• Instruct all persons in the safe use of the

radio receiver.
• Watch the moving installation (roller
shutter, awning, blind) and keep peop-
le away from it until the movement has
stopped.
• Do not allow children to play with the
appliance.
• Carry out all cleaning work on the roller
shutter, the awning or the blind in a de-
energised state.
• Use caution when operating the open/
extended unit as parts may fall if faste-
nings (e.g. springs) weaken or are broken.

• Before installation, compare the mains
voltage/frequency specifications on the
type plate with those of the local mains.
• Before installing the radio receiver, dis-
mantle or decommission all cables and
equipment not required for operation.
