Operation
Short-term operation
When using the speed levels 1 - 5, the unit should not be operated continuously
for more than 3 minutes. Switch off the appliance afterwards and allow the motor
to cool down for 15 minutes.
Switch settings
The appliance is equipped with a multi-stage switch.
The following settings may be selected:
0 The appliance is switched off
1 very low speed
2 low speed
3 medium speed
4 medium-high speed
5 high speed

When mixing light and liquid mixtures or when stirring in any ingredients,
settings 1 and 2 should be used.

For all stirring purposes, it is best to use settings 3 to 5.
