- Page 5 SOFTWARE INTEGRATION Based on the K663 “SpringProx” core, the SpringCard TwistyWriter (serial) Coupler uses a simple serial protocol to communicate with the host computer or embedded system. SpringProx QuickStart for Windows The SpringProx QuickStart is a set of sample applications for Windows. They are all based on springprox.dll, a software library that implements the host-side of the protocol.
