Operating Instructions
Description:
The battery powered high performance grease gun is suitable for lubricating machines, vehicles and
equipment with commercial lubricants. The power supply for the low voltage electric motor comes from
a 14.4V battery. As a protection against overload the gun is fitted with a pressure relief valve.
Any other use, or modifications or changes to unit are only allowed after discussion with the
manufacturer.
The safety instructions must always be complied with.
Mode of operation:
The rotary movement of the electric motor is converted into a stroke movement of the high pressure
feed piston through a planetary reduction gear box and an eccentric. The unit will feed as long as the
switch on the handle is actuated.
Delivery specification:

in a sturdy plastic case, suitable for
400g grease cartridge to DIN 1284
or 500 cc of loose grease.

- 750mm high pressure armoured hose with a

Pumped media:
Greases of NLGI Class 000 to 2 (to DIN 51818) can be used.
Pastes with no lubricating properties (with abrasive components)
and silicon pastes must not be used.
