Storing
Note: Always allow the appliance to cool, then turn Off and disconnect the gas supply
before storing.
WARNING: The appliance is heavy. It may require two people to handle it.
The appliance can be collapsed for ease of storage. To collapse the appliance:
Remove the cooking grids.

Carefully place the appliance on its side.
2.
Unscrew the retaining bolt.
3.
Collapse the frame with feet first, followed by the frame with wheels.
4.
Fold the frames flat against the underside of the appliance.
5.
The appliance is now ready for storage.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Note: All repairs and servicing in the UK must be carried out by a CORGI registered fitter.
BUFFALO recommend that similarly accredited professional bodies are used for countries
outside of the UK.

BUFFALO recommend that the appliance is serviced annually by a qualified technician to ensure
continual safe operation.

Always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.

Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
•
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or pads.
•
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
•
The hose has an operational life of 3-4 years. Replace by the date printed on the hose.
Note: Regularly inspect the hose for evidence of splitting or damage. DO NOT use the
hose if any damage is found. Replace a damaged hose before using the appliance.

A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
